lack of air conditioning railway line

The room was clean and large, also the area was quiet.

There was no air conditioning. My room was sweltering. All I could do was open a window that faced a railway line. I closed the curtains to block out the light, but this negated any benefit from the open window. Staff didn't provide bottled water, even though my stay was expensive.
